Without a doubt, my favorite vendor the day of my wedding. When I was looking for a photographer I started my search at big companies where you couldn't meet the photographer but you could see 15-20 of their professional photos. I then met with a photographer who was charging $3000 for 5 hours of photography and nothing else, OMG!? I thought I would never find a great photographer in my price range but then the clouds parted and Xcitephoto popped up on weddingwire.com-thank goodness! When I met Andrew he was so nice and made you feel comfortable through the entire process, he wasn't pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the Diamond package and there's no surprises on his pricing, it's all on the website, and it's really reasonable. I researched so many companies prior to meeting Andrew and to get everything he was offering for a price even close to his was not possible. I thought to myself, what's the catch? There isn't one, he's an awesome photographer who genuinely cares about his clients and takes a lot of pride in his work. I was not calm on my wedding day (a true bridezilla) but Andrew and his team were more then accommodating. They blended into the background so much that I didn't even know they were there. I was getting my make-up done and out of the corner of my eye he's there shooting away. Brides, this is exactly what you want the day of your wedding. Some photographers are loud and bossy, not Andrew and his team. They were beyond great, I swear they were almost whispering when they talked! At my reception we had the photo booth, this was hilarious. Please splurge and get this, totally worth it! Before I go on and on, because I totally could, Andrew and his team are great. I've referred Xcitephoto to multiple people and told them they won't find anyone like him. Thanks Andrew and your team for sharing our special day with us! You guys were beyond exceptional!

We found Andrew thru our friends wedding, it was nice to see his work first hand and get feedback from our friends for how much they liked him. My fiancé (now husband) was part of the wedding party as well and really liked his ideas that he had for the pictures and when we saw their photos we knew we wanted to meet with him. The day we went to meet with Andrew we also had an appointment with another photographer right after, we booked him that day since everything was right around the price range we wanted and the packages come with great options we felt, Andrew also rearranged his schedule so that he was available to be our photographer. He can to the salon I work at because I really wanted pictures of us all getting ready so he can and started early with us and the second guy went to take pictures of my husband, and they stayed all night, they were with us for probably 12hrs working and they never made you feel like they were inconvenienced or annoyed. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! Originally we were not going to do the photo both, but we never ended up having the time to take and engagement shoot so we switched it out for the booth and paid a little additional, the one thing I didn't realized the the booth was that its not actually your typical booth, they put up a back drop and have props and there is another photographer and takes pictures for the photo booth, the cool thing about it though is they are 5x7 photos instead of the little strips, they can put affects to them, and they print out as many photos as there are people. Now one of our friends are getting married and they are using him as well because they liked how our pictures turned out. We Would Definitely Recommend Xcitephoto!

Let me start by saying that I looked through about 30 companies on wedding wire, looking at photos and reading reviews. All of the other companies had beautiful photos, but they were all the same. I knew in my head what I wanted, but just wasn't seeing anywhere, some traditional photography and, for lack of a better word, AWESOME photography. I wanted the colors altered, interesting angles, lenses used, photos that you don't see with most companies. When I saw his, I knew that was it. I called my fiance and said we found the photographer, before even seeing pricing or meeting with him. To be honest, we booked our wedding on a Friday instead of a Saturday, simply because of the dates he had available. What bride does that?? A bride who loves photography and knows out of the box talent when she sees it! His value is insane. Make it easy on yourself (and your wallet) and book everything with him, photo/video/photo booth. Ok, now fast forward to the wedding day. I'm not the typical bride, not the bridezilla, but I was so nervous that morning. I've seen pushy photographers that literally stress the bride out more! Andrew's demeanor kept me so calm!!! He made everything so easy. We had our reception at a golf course, and I cannot tell you how many amazing photos he took! Some even looked like a painting!! We recently got our pictures back and were shocked to see that there were over 1,000!! The photo booth was hilarious! The guests loved it!!! We just got our video montage back today. Andrew said if there was anything we want changed to let him know. I had a couple small changes that I wanted. He replied minutes later that the editor would be right on it. What service! All and all, it could not have been a better experience. There is not even the smallest complaint that I can think of. So, stop wasting your time meeting with other companies, make your wedding planning easy and just book with him. Do it!! :)

Where do I begin??!! Andrew was by far our favorite vendor! He truly has a gift for what he does! Andrew and his team were punctual, professional, and lastly a great addition to our wedding day! We used Andrew back in October for our engagement photography. Everyone raved about how beautiful our pictures were, and after that my Husband and I knew we were in good hands! We choose the highest package and all the extra services that you can possibly get, which are all great of course! We're so unbelievably excited to see how our wedding video and wedding photography turns out! (Especially after our sneak peeks we received a couple weeks ago!!!!) This review is long over due because I can’t stop looking at our wedding pictures or watching our wedding videos! Andrew and his team are nothing short of amazing and we are thrilled with the results! We hired Xcite to photograph our rehearsal dinner and wedding day, as well as provide video footage of our wedding day. From our first meeting, Andrew won me over with his professionalism and easy going attitude, as well as how many full albums you can view prior to booking. On our wedding day, his team showed up early and stayed as late as we wanted– capturing so many important moments in our day! They were exactly the team a bride and groom would want by their side. Everyone says that pictures are worth a thousand words. It is much more true at your wedding. Andrew was able to capture each and every moment with such elegance and beauty. He was recommend to us from a friend and not only are we more than happy with our decision to have Andrew do our photography, but I plan on recommending him to everyone I know who is getting married in the future. We had our engagement (Chicago) and wedding (Sycamore, so you know he will travel) pictures with Andrew, and also videography. He was very accommodating, patient, timely and came with props to add just a little more to our pictures. We were expecting to get our wedding picture proofs back in a timely manner, as we got our engagement pictures in a couple weeks... expecting at least two months, we were so surprised to get them in less than a month! He is exceptionally fast, but does not compromise on quality. Trying to choose the designated number of pictures for our album was very difficult because each shot was just perfect and I wanted all 1000+ pictures in my album, which we are anxiously awaiting to receive soon! :) When you hire Andrew, you will be greatly satisfied with his kindness, willingness to work with you to get you what you want, speed and professionalism. His prices are VERY reasonable for what you are getting and again, I recommend him to anyone and everyone who is getting married!

I am in the photography industry and edit photos daily for a living. When it came to choosing a wedding photographer, I decided to go with someone I do not know so my friends could actually enjoy the wedding. I discovered Xcite photography (Andrew) at a Bridal Expo. I loved the artwork I saw on display so I grabbed his brochure and took the information to home to my fiance. We spent hours looking at other photographers websites and for the quality we saw in his work, no other vendor was even close!! We met with Andrew with our moms and even our moms were blow away with what he had to offer!! Need less to say words cannot describe how absolutely amazing Andrew is!!! If he tells you he is going to do something he truly delivers!!! I could not have felt more secure in knowing that I was going to have so many memories to cherish for the rest of my life because of Andrew! Many of my girlfriends that got married before me still have not gotten their pictures. Andrew said we would have our pictures in 6 weeks and he kept his promise!! My friends are so jealous!!! Our experience with Xcite Photography was fantastic. I was really stressing about choosing a photographer because I wanted our day to be captured perfectly.
